Having grown up in a house that emphasized nutritious foods, Sarah always tried to keep up with healthy eating. She quickly discovered that when she would stray from these healthy habits, she would feel the consequences. This brought her to read a lot on nutrition and after leaving a career in a growing and demanding family business, she studied holistic nutrition which was right on with her beliefs.
Today Sarah helps people change their diets to find better health. She strongly believes that this can be done naturally and it can certainly be enjoyable. Sarah has also found a passion for running throughout the years and she has become a certified personal fitness trainer as well.
